**Requisitos**
- ** Educación y experiência laboral**: mínimo de 5 años de experiência relacionada con la industria alimentaria. Esto implicará el trabajo en funciones de garantía de calidad, seguridad del producto, gestión técnica o gestión de riesgos dentro de la fabricación, la venta al por menor, la inspección o el cumplimiento, a nível gerencial y de toma de decisiones.
- ** Educación**: un título en una disciplina relacionada con la alimentación, la biociencia, la ciencia y la ingeniería, o haber completado con éxito un diplomado o un curso de educación superior equivalente en una de estas materias.
- ** Curso de auditor líder**: una calificación de auditor reconocida que incluya capacitación en sistemas de gestión de calidad de 40 horas de duración con un examen. Ejemplos de cursos reconocidos son: Curso de Evaluador Líder de Sistemas de Gestión (por ejemplo, curso registrado en IRCA) 'Auditor de Calidad Certificado por ASQ' o Calificación Global Ejemplar Curso de Auditor Líder BRCGS impartido por un Capacitador Aprobado por BRCGS También se acepta la capacitación de auditor líder de otros esquemas (por ejemplo, SQF e IFS).
- ** Curso HACCP**: haber completado un curso de formación en análisis de peligros y puntos críticos de control (HACCP), basado en los principios del Codex Alimentarius, de al menos dos días de duración y examen.
