Responsible to support regional QMS on GxP Qualification & Training strategy for Commercial Quality, Deliver Operations and Commercial areas, Document Management Lifecycle and Good Documentation Practices, Deployment of J&J Quality Standards, as well as to provide support with regards Quality System tools for the Latin America Region. The position is also responsible for QMS continuous improvement, analyzing quality data and providing insights throughout the process across the region

**Responsabilidades**:
Support the region in the deployment strategy and implementation of guidelines, WI (Work Instruction) or SOPs (procedures) for CQ Latam, aligned with Global requirements attending J&J Standards. Recommend best scenario for Regional QMS or Local implementation strategy proposing New Ways of Working, developing/revising Procedural Documents and QMS documentation, etc. Participate in QMS Global Forums to enable global and local strategies. Act as Regional Reviewer in global Training and Document Control Forums. Organize, and Co-Lead the Regional QMS Forum acting as an enabler between regional and local teams. Revise Latam Regional governance regarding training and document for frequent metrics, workflow in order to provide regional and global reports. - Be the main point of contact in the CQ Regional Team for Learning Management System (LMS) Training and Document Control Quality tools/systems and lead the network of Latam Super Users. Develop and Lead training sessions with regards to Quality Systems for the region. Be creative to define the best tool and channel (i.e reports, dashboards, etc) to visually communicate key business Training and Document Control metrics, utilizing established data from CQ structure. Gather, analyze, report and debate Latam CQ training and document control metrics to support decisions-making

**Qualifications**
Pharmaceutical Chemist or related, with work experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with extensive experience in quality assurance, process methodology and management and implementation of Quality Management Systems.Technical background in regulated products and corresponding Quality Management System; Experience or knowledge on Quality System tools/software’s (e.g. TrackWise, TruVault, SUMMIT); is required

Ability to gather and dig into data to recommend priorities to multiple non-technical stakeholders based on the highest business value is required.Advanced proficient in MS-Excel is required.Familiarity with Project Management and Problem-Solving tools/ methods are required.Ability in translating the metrics result, and procedural requirements in a simplify message to all levels in the organization (among CQ, other Janssen functional areas, Global Janssen Org).Experience with statistics, analysis, and visualization software packages such as, Tableau, or other analytical tools is preferred.Intermediate English.Work Experience 2-3 years
