Based in Panama City, the **Country Manager** will be the executive lead to grow our division in Panama while ensuring compliance standards are followed as per the country laws and regulations.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and launch the Local office;
- Set performance goals and maintain P&L responsibility for the market;
- Research and Localize credit products for multiple market segments and categories;
- Design and deploy local sales and collections strategies;
- Develop local strategic partnerships for distribution of sales;
- Recruit, develop and manage a dynamic team capable of high business growth;
- Design and execute local product and marketing strategies.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s in business development or equivalent;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in management;
- Good knowledge of the financial services industry;
- Must be eligible to work in Panama and be fully vaccinated to travel abroad freely;
- Fluent in Spanish & English Is a must (Written & Spoken)
**LOCATION**: Panama City, Panama
**REPORTS TO**:Head of Latin America
**SCHEDULE**: Day shift - Flexible
