**Funciones**: Recibir y Gestionar las solicitudes e incidentes reportados al centro de servicio.Identificar y clasificar las solicitudes.Asignar y escalar los requerimientos e incidentes.Recategorizar.Proveer estatus de las solicitudes.Generar informes e indicadores.Apoyo al Coordinador de Help Desk.Requisitos: Estudios culminados en Informática o carreras afines.Experiência de 2 años o más en soporte técnico.Manejo de Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, ITIL, COBIT, Manage Engine.Enfocado atención al cliente, diagnóstico y solución de problemas, capacidad analítica.Requerimientos
