Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager , on a full-time basis, our Panama Team.


Role in a nutshell:


Key Account Manager who will be responsible for retaining customers and increasing their lifetime value.


Responsibilities:


Analyzing customers' behavior and keeping a personalized relationship with clients & meeting their needs;

Comprehension of our products;

Ensuring that product compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.


Qualifications:


Qualifications:

Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues;

Be patient and have negotiation skills;

Ability to think outside the box;

Sales driven and motivated to achieve monthly targets;

Stand for working independently;

Native/Fluent Spanish language;

Good English language skills;

Multitasking;

Time-management;

Productiveness;

Flexibility.
