In the role of Sales Operations Manager (SOM) based in Panama City, Panama you will be part of the Central/South Region LATAM team. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations with contract manufacturing partners Cerveceria Centro Americana de Nicaragua (CCN) and INAB Brazil, ensuring seamless coordination of production, transportation, and product delivery to core markets.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the SOM partners with the General Manager and Senior Manager of Supply Chain LATAM to drive strategic planning and execution, while providing analytical and operational support to optimize performance across CCN and regional operations.

What You'll Be Brewing: 

Partner with GM and Latam Supply Chain Sr. Mgr. to align supply chain and sales strategies with business goals, support annual planning and market targets, drive process improvements and automation, and foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.Manage daily operations with contract brewers and partners, driving demand planning, inventory and SKU management, overseeing Capex planning and approvals, coordinating brewery scheduling, order consolidation, and shipment tracking, while supporting procurement and customer service functions.Drive multinational initiatives including MGD local production in CCN, Brazil expansion with ONAB, returnable bottle system optimization, universal pallet and bottle design, inland freight strategy, and cross-country Capex allocation.Drive planning for Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama and El Salvador, shaping monthly forecasts and ordering cycles, coordinating sales performance analysis and reporting, and ensuring alignment with local production capabilities and licensing requirements.

Key Ingredients: 

Must be bilingual in English/SpanishYou have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain OR equivalent experience You have at least 5-10 years experience in supply chain and sales strategy, preferably in FMCG/beverage industryYou love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business prioritiesYou build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow  You exhibit our core values
