On behalf of Huawei, we are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our
Treasury team. This role is pivotal in managing trade finance instruments, strengthening banking
relationships, and ensuring seamless financial operations within a fast-paced, multicultural
environment. You will act as a bridge between financial institutions and our internal business
units to support our regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Finance Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of bank guarantees,
surety bonds, and letters of credit to support commercial operations.

• Banking Relations: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions,
including banks, insurance companies, and brokers.

• Compliance & KYC: Act as the point of contact for KYC (Know Your Customer)
inquiries, ensuring timely responses and staying ahead of evolving external regulatory
requirements.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Legal, Tax, and Accounting
departments to ensure all financial processes align with internal controls and external
regulations.

• Funding & Liquidity: Support corporate funding initiatives and monitor liquidity to
optimize the company's financial position.

• Market Insight: Monitor macroeconomic trends and FX fluctuations to provide
proactive insights for decision-making.

Professional Knowledge & Skills

• Financial Expertise: Solid understanding of economic principles, FX rates, and
corporate finance logic.

• Trade Instruments: Hands-on experience managing bank guarantees, letters of credit,
and surety bonds (highly preferred).

• Regulatory Awareness: Sensitivity to changes in external regulations and the ability to
interpret their impact on treasury operations.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to process complex information and conduct efficient
research to solve financial bottlenecks.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Systems Proficiency: Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with
Treasury/ERP systems or financial platforms is a significant advantage.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a proactive and "can-do" attitude.

• Adaptability: A fast learner with structured logical thinking, capable of thriving in a
high-pressure, multinational company (MNC) environment.

• Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
fields.

• Experience: 1–8 years of experience in corporate treasury, trade finance, or banking
operations.

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
Spanish is required, and Mandarin is a plus.
