El/La Head of Operations será responsable de liderar la estrategia y ejecución operativa de planning, supply chain y logística del negocio Saint Honoré, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos y habilitando el crecimiento del negocio mediante procesos eficientes, escalables y orientados al cliente.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar la estrategia de Demand & Supply Planning, alineada al plan anual del negocio.

  • Dirigir el proceso de Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), integrando ventas, marketing, finanzas y supply chain.

  • Gestionar inventarios, forecast y reposición, optimizando niveles de stock, cobertura y capital de trabajo.

  • Liderar operaciones de centros de distribución y logística, asegurando productividad, calidad, costos y seguridad.

  • Gestionar la distribución a tiendas físicas, e-commerce y clientes finales, garantizando una experiencia omnicanal consistente.

  • Monitorear y mejorar KPIs clave: OTIF, fill rate, rotación y cobertura de inventario, forecast accuracy, lead time y costos logísticos.

  • Asegurar cumplimiento regulatorio y de auditorías (importaciones, trazabilidad, registros sanitarios).

  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua, automatización y digitalización (ERP, WMS, herramientas de planificación, Power BI).

  • Desarrollar y liderar equipos de planning, logística y operaciones, fomentando una cultura de alto desempeño.

  • Actuar como punto de contacto y escalamiento para stakeholders internos senior.

Requisitos

  • +10 años de experiencia en supply chain, demand & supply planning, inventarios o logística, idealmente en retail.

  • Experiencia liderando equipos grandes y multidisciplinarios.

  • Sólida trayectoria en optimización de procesos y stock.

  • Experiencia con ERP, WMS y herramientas de planificación (SAP, Blue Yonder u otras).

  • Fuerte capacidad analítica y de gestión de KPIs.

  • Inglés avanzado requerido.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
