At PX, our success is built on the strength of our client partnerships. We're looking for an Agent Success Specialist who will play a key role in growing one of our largest insurance accounts. In this role, you'll be the go-to partner for their network of agents — ensuring they have the tools, support, and guidance they need to thrive.

This is not a call center role. It's about impact: maintaining strong relationships, creating consistency in processes, and driving agent satisfaction that leads to long-term account growth.

As an Agent Success, you will be responsible not only for serving as the primary relationship manager for insurance agents, but also for the following Key Responsabilities:

  • Build strong rapport and credibility with agents, ensuring they view PX as an essential partner in their success.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve agent issues via Zendesk, while standardizing solutions into clear processes for future consistency.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the agent experience and share insights with internal teams.
    Ensure accuracy and standardization in how requests and changes are handled — reducing errors and creating efficiency.
  • Track agent interactions and outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability in all processes.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless, reliable service experience for agents.
  • Document customer interactions and contribute to our internal knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English is a must – You'll be on calls with clients daily.
  • A natural relationship builder — empathetic, credible, and proactive in maintaining trust.
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize responses effectively.
  • Comfortable using platforms like Zendesk (experience preferred but not required).
  • Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and workflows.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially with SaaS or helpdesk software, is a plus—but not required.
