This role focuses on complex development tasks across front-end and back-end systems, ensuring code quality, integration reliability, and web performance.

100% remote - candidate MUST be in Panama

· Develop and maintain website features and components based on established architecture

· Implement secure, efficient integrations with analytics and marketing platforms

· Ensure accessibility, SEO, and performance standards are met

· Conduct QA testing and document development processes

· Collaborate with the Tech Manager on implementation details and sprint deliverables

· 7–10+ years of hands-on experience with React / , , TypeScript, and SCSS

· Strong understanding of Headless CMSs (Contentful, Strapi, Sitecore, AEM)

· Experience with REST / GraphQL APIs and SQL / NoSQL databases

· Familiar with AWS / Azure and deployment workflows (CI/CD, Git)

· Strong understanding of SEO for developers (SSR, schema, redirects, Core Web Vitals)

· Experience integrating Salesforce, Eloqua, ZoomInfo, GTM / GA4, OneTrust, and chat tools

· Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills
