We are hiring Join TASØ Hospitality Group as our new Distribution Coordinator (100% Remote) Are you passionate about hospitality, tech, and digital distribution? TASØ Hospitality Group is a fast-growing, Panama-based hospitality company, and we are looking for a highly organized Distribution Coordinator to keep our digital ecosystem clean, connected, and accurate across our growing portfolio of 8 hotels. If you are tech-savvy, already using AI tools in your daily work, and eager to build a career in hospitality distribution and revenue management, this junior role is perfect for you What you will be doing:
• Channel Management: Handle the day-to-day distribution across OTA, direct, and wholesale channels (loading rates, channel mapping, and fixing connectivity issues before they become overbookings).
• OTA & Content Quality: Keep photos, amenities, and policies fully accurate and optimized across all OTA listings and our direct website.
• Guest Journey & Upsells: Build and maintain automated transactional emails, guest guides, and upsell flows using tools like Akia.
• Tech & Systems: Work closely and seamlessly with Mews PMS, Siteminder, SimpleBooking, and RoomPriceGenie.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and handle other duties related to the role as needed. What you must have:
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, reservations, distribution, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with a PMS, channel manager, and OTA extranets (Mews, Siteminder, Booking.com, and Expedia preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Everyday use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to work faster, write, and troubleshoot.
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and a sharp attention to detail (you notice when something does not match).
