Key Responsibilities
• Operation Support
• Participate in the operation team’s activities and support the achievement of equipment revenue targets, inventory health, and supply cost optimization.
• Short-Term Plan Management
• Work within the sales/delivery project team to understand and guide customer requirements, and develop reasonable project and product requirement plans.
• Order Cleansing Management
• Establish reasonable order CRDs and manage order cleansing to reduce requirement fluctuations and avoid unnecessary use of supply resources.
• Supply Service Fulfillment Management
• Lead the SCx team in fulfilling orders and logistics services, ensuring timely and contractual delivery to customers and partners.
• Customer Satisfaction and Partner Health Management
• Regularly visit customers and partners, manage customer feedback and issues, and support partner capability improvement through partner health operations. Requirements
• Professional background in Supply Chain or Logistics
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in logistics between undergraduate and graduate studies is a plus
