Panama At Iterum Connections | BPO | Contact center | Outsourcing we are hiring an UX Associate to join our premium client back-office programming service. The UX Associate is an internal-facing analyst on the Consulting Services team. This role is responsible for providing broad analytical, technical, and optimization support across all customers. The primary focus is on performing deep platform analysis, technical configurations, and account audits to ensure customers are getting maximum value while working in partnership with internal teams like Customer Success and Professional Services.
Responsibilities:
· Perform insights analysis to support a wide range of customers.
· Conduct comprehensive account audits to identify opportunities for cleanup and optimization.
· Perform technical configurations of the platform as required for customer setups.
· Execute account cleanup and optimization tasks based on audit findings.
· Develop and maintain a deep, expert-level understanding of the platform's features and capabilities.
· Understand the fundamentals of UX/UI design and analysis.
· Learn and understand the primary business goals and KPIs for customers across different industries (e.g., Retail, Software, Finance, Travel & Hospitality, Gambling).
· Become proficient in the use of Google Suite, including leveraging Gemini for analysis and productivity.
· Serve as an internal partner to Customer Success Managers and Professional Services members, providing them with the analysis and technical support they need.
· Communicate clearly and effectively with these internal partners regarding project requirements and findings.
· Adhere strictly to project deadlines.
· Provide regular, proactive updates on the progress of all assigned projects and tasks.

ITERUM Centro Comercial Los Pueblos. Schedule: On-site Monday – Friday office hours. English level: Advance
