Job Description

• As a Monitoring Operator at SAYERET SECURITY, you will be responsible for monitoring video surveillance systems, alarms, and other security devices in real time from our control center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include constantly monitoring screens, detecting incidents early, logging events, and activating response protocols according to established procedures. You will also coordinate communications with field teams and, when necessary, with external authorities, ensuring clear and accurate communication. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Panama City.

Requirements

• Previous experience (even minimal) in control centers, CCTV surveillance, alarm monitoring, or similar security positions will be highly valued.
• Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly detect and report unusual or risky situations.
• Good oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team following clear procedures and protocols.
• Basic computer skills, experience with incident management systems, and a willingness to learn new monitoring technology platforms.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays), a sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a strong commitment to security and confidentiality.
• Advanced English proficiency, including fluent speaking, reading, and writing.
