doubling our positive impact on the environment and society by 2025.As a Junior Collections Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers make their payments on time.

If you match this description, get in touchWhat you'll doConfirm and negotiate with customers to collect payments.
Contact customers to discuss their overdue payments and develop repayment plans.
Process customer payments.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Report on collection progress and results.

Your qualificationsBachelor's degree completed in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.2+ years of experience in collections, with a focus on cash collection.

Fluency in English (and Spanish) is MANDATORY.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
