We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a critical role in managing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Primary Responsibilities
Invoice and Billing Management Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner Review billing discrepancies and resolve issues with customers Process billing adjustments as needed
Collections and Follow-Up Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments Contact customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and facilitate timely collections Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments
Aging Reports and Reporting Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management
Customer Service Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address their concerns professionally
Account Reconciliation Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies Investigate and resolve unapplied payments
