El MCAC Green Hydrogen Director es el responsable de originar y liderar el desarrollo de los proyectos relacionados con produccin de hidrgeno verde y sus derivados en MCAC, desde su definicin en la Direccin de Hidrgeno Verde de la IBU hasta el inicio de su construccin.


Principales Responsabilidades:

Liderar, apoyar, coordinar, gestionar y analizar el desarrollo de proyectos hasta que ste inicia su construccin para cumplir con los lineamientos de la Direccin de Hidrgeno Verde de la IBU, y dar seguimiento a los mismos.

Desarrollar su actividad en mbitos diferentes tales como el Desarrollo de Proyectos, el Diseo y la Construccin de Proyectos, el financiamiento y la aplicabilidad de la legislacin relativa al hidrgeno, elctrica, ambiental, permisos y comunidades para garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas de crecimiento de la Compaa.

Analizar informacin tcnica compleja de proyectos y trasladar dicha informacin a modelos de revisin y anlisis de rentabilidades y riesgos para conseguir que el desarrollo de proyectos sea ptimo en costos y tiempos.

Interactuar con desarrolladores locales para resolver cuestiones tcnicas y de desarrollo, de acuerdo al tiempo y presupuesto del proyecto con el objeto de que el proyecto alcance inicio de construccin acorde a las metas corporativas y minimizando los riesgos antes de la construccin de los proyectos.

Realizar visitas a terreno donde identificar oportunidades de mejora de proyecto y puntos dbiles.
Realizar clculos bsicos de costes basados en variables fundamentales en el diseo y la construccin de proyectos.

Detectar y negociar los riesgos inherentes a la construccin de proyectos y conoce los principales riesgos de los contratos EPC y EPCM.

Tambin est familiarizado con los diferentes mtodos de contratacin de construccin de proyectos.

Analizar la rentabilidad de proyectos, gestionar la negociacin de financiacin de proyectos complejos de infraestructuras y/o energa, y manejar modelos financieros tipo Project Finance.


Requerimientos de la posicin:
7-10 aos de experiência en el desarrollo de proyectos.

Nível avanzado de inglsFormacin en Ingeniera y deseable MBA.Entrepreneurial, self-starter con capaz de llevar a acuerdo distintas reas y departamentos.

Capacidad para cerrar operaciones.

Capacidad de multitarea y de priorizar las demandas segn su importancia y segn los principales criterios a aplicar dependiendo en qu momento y en qu proyecto.

Fuertes habilidades analticas.
Excelente capacidad de presentacin oral y escrita en espaol e ingls, atencin minuciosa al detalle.
Conocimiento profundo de conceptos de anlisis de rentabilidad de proyectos, financieros y empresariales.
