SÍNTESIS DE LA POSICIÓN:

Responsable en tiempo y calidad del proyecto. Coordinar e integrar todos los aspectos de la ejecución de los proyectos desde su asignación hasta el cierre.

Gestionar la relación con los clientes, la coordinación de equipos de trabajo, incluyendo la gestión de la documentación técnica en conjunto con consultores y subcontratistas.


FUNCIONES y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Coordinar la comunicación entre el equipo del proyecto, clientes, proveedores, subcontratistas, consultores y las instituciones correspondientes
  • Establecer y mantener buenas relaciones con los clientes a través de una dinámica de trabajo que cumpla con los hitos del contrato.
  • Brindar orientación técnica y soluciones innovadoras para resolver desafíos complejos de diseño
  • Acompañar al equipo de diseño en las primeras fases del proyecto, para la incorporación de temas técnicos que se desarrollan en etapas posteriores
  • Realizar los planteamientos técnicos del proyecto y planos de interferencias que garanticen la buena coordinación de todas las especialidades involucradas en el proyecto
  • Garantizar a través de checklist el cumplimiento de cada fase de proyecto y su calidad
  • Acompañar al cliente durante la licitación y construcción, prestando apoyo a consultas y rfi ́s, en conjunto con el equipo técnico
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los hitos del contrato y su cronograma
  • Dar seguimiento al cronograma, a los estatus del proyectos y a mantener informado al cliente y subcontratistas del estado del proyecto
  • Documentar y mantener actualizado el proyecto a través de las plataformas como teamwork y los formatos descritos en el flujograma (project tracking, acta de constitución, etc)
  • Coordinar y realizar las revisiones del proyecto, en conjunto con el equipo técnico para garantizar la calidad del mismo
  • Asegurar que los proyectos se ajusten al contrato y al presupuesto del cliente a través de la toma de decisiones y criterios que se alineen con las expectativas del cliente
  • Responsable de la entrega de documentos de diseño y calidad técnica de primer nível
  • Elaborar y gestionar las aprobaciones del cliente de órdenes de cambio y otros documentos que generen adendas
  • Hacer seguimiento, en apoyo con el director de diseño, a la permisología del proyecto

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS:

  • 8 años o más de experiência en el ámbito de la arquitectura
  • Dominio escrito y hablado del idioma inglés
  • Uso de software 2d/3d (Autocad y Revit), así como de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint y Project)

ESTUDIOS FORMALES Y CURSOS TÉCNICOS REQUERIDOS:

  • Licenciatura en arquitectura
  • Grado de maestría en el área de arquitectura (deseable)
