Introducción


En el Proyecto de Mantenimiento de Alstom Panamá, los equipos de System & Infra, Material Rodante y Señalización están centrados en el desarrollo de sus actividades de mantenimiento para entregar un producto con los más altos níveles de calidad y seguridad, respetando los presupuestos establecidos.

Desde el desarrollo del diseño hasta la demostración de los índices de fiabilidad y disponibilidad, nuestro compromiso es satisfacer los requisitos contractuales de nuestros clientes.

Procesar grandes conjuntos de data cruda para poner de relieve comportamientos anómalos y/o predecir comportamientos de los sistemas. Esto incluye la comprensión de los datos, su preparación, modelización, evaluación y despliegue de algoritmos.


El analista de datos domina técnicas estadísticas y matemáticas avanzadas (aplicación a los datos preparados de técnicas de aprendizaje automático, que implican principalmente detección de anomalías, regresión y clasificación), así como gestión de bases de datos y competencias y herramientas informáticas (explotación de grandes bases de datos).


Responsabilidades específicas de la posición:

  • Procesar y analizar datos de mantenimiento preventivo o correctivo.
  • Asistir al departamento de Ingeniería en el análisis de datos específicos según sea necesario (RAM, PLM, PDM, PHM, etc.) para proponer soluciones que permitan una toma de decisiones eficaz.
  • Velar por la calidad de los datos brutos e informar de cualquier inexactitud o problema, así como dar instrucciones o formación sobre la forma de registrar y conservar los datos.
  • Señalar cualquier anomalía en el funcionamiento del sistema o fallos de los componentes.
  • Colaborar en la aplicación de los sistemas de información y apoyar la formación dentro del proyecto.
  • Desarrollar algoritmos que permitan la anticipación de fallas que afecten servicio
  • Crear inferecias basado en la análisis de la data histórica del tren
  • Crear modelos de comportamiento de los componentes de ciclo diario
  • Descriminar los outliers en bloque de data cruda

Conocimientos y experiência deseados:
Competencias

  • Buenas aptitudes interpersonales con capacidad demostrada para trabajar eficazmente como parte de un equipo multidisciplinar.
  • Capacidad para relacionarse con especialistas del sector ferroviario, gestores de diseño y gestores de proyectos de construcción de manera profesional y competente.
  • Conocimiento de "R" o algun lenguaje aplicado a la ciencia de datos.
  • Conocimiento de Herramienta de Bussines intelligence para generación de reportes a usuarios finales

Experiência previa:

  • Experiência previa en tareas de análisis de datos.
  • Experiência en el área de ingeniería y procesos de documentación (oficializar los estudios generados de los datos)
  • Conocimiento del entorno de mantenimiento.
  • Habilidades Técnicas PC SW/Aplicación conocimiento medioalto (MS Excel, MS Power Point,PowerBI). Formación
  • Titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería
  • Inglés fluido + Español: fluido Deseable: R studio, Tableau,SQL, Python datascience toolbox, gestión de bases de datos
  • Conocimiento del entorno de mantenimiento.
