Buscamos un Data Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo en AES. Los ingenieros de datos trabajan en diversos entornos para construir sistemas que recopilan, gestionan y convierten datos sin procesar en información utilizable para que los científicos de datos y analistas comerciales la interpreten. Su objetivo es hacer que los datos sean accesibles para que las organizaciones puedan utilizarlos para evaluar y optimizar su desempeño.

Como parte de sus funciones y responsabilidades, en coordinación con el Líder de Gestión de Datos, el Equipo de Ciencia de Datos, los Gerentes de Proyectos y los Líderes de Relaciones Comerciales, también debe llevar a cabo el análisis, estudios y liderar el trabajo para la materialización de los proyectos relacionados con sus responsabilidades y funciones.

Responsabilidades y tareas:
  • Soporte en la construcción, operación y mantenimiento de la plataforma de datos.
  • Adquirir conjuntos de datos que se alineen con las necesidades comerciales.
  • Asegurar que los datos se procesen de manera estable y confiable.
  • Desarrollar algoritmos para transformar datos en información útil y accionable.
  • Crear, probar y mantener arquitecturas de canalización de bases de datos.
  • Crear nuevos métodos de validación de datos y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de gobierno y seguridad de datos.
  • Identificar, diseñar e implementar mejoras de procesos internos: automatización de procesos manuales, optimización de entrega de datos, rediseño de infraestructura para una mayor escalabilidad, etc.
Comunicaciones y desafíos:
  • Los principales contactos internos son: Líderes de relaciones digitales regionales/globales, así como todas las unidades comerciales.
  • Los principales contactos externos son: Proveedores de servicios y outsourcing, fabricantes de TI y startups; así como organizaciones de innovación y transformación digital.
  • Desafíos laborales: profundo conocimiento en inteligencia artificial y aprendizaje automático, pero también necesidad de habilidades para comunicarse efectivamente con múltiples unidades comerciales.
  • El puesto participa en: integrar a la organización hacia una cultura de colaboración e innovación que refleje una estrategia comercial aprovechando el uso de Datos.
Calificaciones y experiencia:
  • Titulación universitaria en áreas de IT/Digital. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Análisis/Ingeniería de Datos.
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés es obligatorio.
  • Codificación: La competencia en lenguajes de programación es esencial para este puesto. Los lenguajes comunes incluyen SQL, NoSQL, Python, Java, R y Scala.
  • Bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales: Las bases de datos se encuentran entre las soluciones más comunes para el almacenamiento de datos. Debes estar familiarizado con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, y cómo funcionan.
  • Sistemas ETL (extraer, transformar y cargar): Las herramientas ETL incluyen Xplenty, Stitch y Talend (preferido).
  • Almacenamiento de datos: No todos los tipos de datos deben almacenarse de la misma manera, especialmente cuando se trata de big data. A medida que diseñes soluciones de datos, debes saber cuándo utilizar un lago de datos versus un almacén de datos.
  • Automatización y secuenciación: La automatización es una parte necesaria del trabajo con big data simplemente porque las organizaciones pueden recopilar tanta información. Experiencia escribiendo scripts para automatizar tareas repetitivas.
  • Conocimiento en IT, Análisis de Big Data, Inteligencia Artificial y Aprendizaje Automático, Visualizaciones de Datos, SQL y No SQL, disponibilidad para viajar.
