FI-PC-00 Purpose of the job: In charge of Cost controlling and reports Work packages related cost.


Provide clear and transparent data on cost to date and at completion and ensure the necessary conditions for achievement of the WP's financial targets.

Can supervise a team of cost controller/ analyst.

The Work Package Controller will diligently and professionally manage the financial accounts of the Project (on and/or off shore scope) in execution and until FAC or formalised handover and supporting the Project Manager (and other project functions) as the finance partner.

The jobholder will also ensure effective reporting and controlling of the project under the own responsibility to ensure adequate controls and processes are in place to meet all of the Company's requirements and that the accounting for the project is in accordance with the Company's guidelines and instructions.


POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION Organisation structure: Head Quarter / Finance (Project Control)

Site Controller Direct reports: Cost Controller, Financial analyst Network & Links Internal Finance community Cost Manager WP Manager External NA ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES Key accountabilities I Cash Flow, Cost and Revenue Margin Management Keenly monitor and forecast cash flows arising from the project, setting control environment for the cash management in order to optimise cash flow.

Monthly Analysis of Actual Cost incurred and compare with the Forecast and analysing the Gaps. Assist the Project Managers in forecasting the correct cost incurring and more importantly the timing of Cost incur. Co - ordination with Supply Chain department regularly to monitor the Cost progress.


English preferred Competencies & Skills Ability to interpret business related data Well-developed communication skills and the ability to convince with presentations Affinity to finance and numbers and good knowledge in MS Excel Good analytical as well as problem-solving skills You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
