The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level.
Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.
In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Panama City, PanamaYou must be active in the last 2 years (or less) of your university degree.
Start Date January 16, 2024
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do:
As a Logistics Intern you will:
- Book invoices.
- Analyze shipping documentation.
- Perform Compliance Control.
- Continuous improvement activities based on import documentation deviation reported, this includes the missing load number of Transport Documents.
- Support with audits.
- Maintain a regular, reliable and constant working system to receive and deliver all documents.
- Make documents available everywhere on time to several Tetra Pak companies and Customer Service and Finance department
- Be part of the Tetra Pak International Business Operations and learn more of the Continuous Improvement of different activities, and Import documentation compliance. You will also check different transportation methods within Europe, retroactive freight invoicing auditing (road and sea freights), and support audits to identify overpayments to carriers
We believe you have:
- Studying a Bachelor ́s Degree related to the field
- Expected graduation date between July 2024 and December 202
- Advanced English & Spanish language level is a must.
- Be active in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
- Have availability to work 8 hours a day during the program.
