Marine Panama Business Support Advisor to join its office in
Panama City within the Marine Americas Region Division.


Mission:

The Business Support Advisor is responsible for managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth customer interactions and efficient business operations.

The goal is to maintain effective communication between the company and clients in the marine sector operations based in Panama City.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and verify offers in alignment with standard contract terms and corresponding invoices.
  • Manage office expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning and car companies) to ensure a smooth office environment.
  • Utilize fluency in Spanish and English for clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in preparing and verifying offers, ensuring alignment with standard contract terms.
  • Ability to manage office expenses for financial efficiency.
  • Experience coordinating with external service providers, such as cleaning and car companies.
