You are responsible for

  • Performs daytoday Procurement operations under guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead.
  • Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation.
  • Stakeholders management and support.
  • Takes ownership on normal daytoday operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility focusing on the continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluates of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval; Parked invoices.
  • Support projects and new system implementation.
  • Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America
  • Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America, creating vendors and making the screening regarding to the background of each of them, to always offer the best quality to our market.
