As English VIP Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Requirements:

Fluent English Language is a must;
Multitasking and time-managing;
Productivity and flexibility;

2+ years' experience in Gambling business;
1+ experience in portfolio managing;
Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products.

Main responsibilities:

Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues;
Be patient & have negotiation skills;
Able to analyse customers' behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products;
Monitor customers' performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
Ensure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
