Internship Program 2023


The
Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level.

Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges.

Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.

In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

The position is based in Panama City, Panama.

The duration of the Internship Program will be:

  • Short Term: August 8, 2023 to January 26, 202
  • Long Term: August 8, 2023 to July 26, 2024
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do
As a

Credit & Collections Intern, you will:

  • Track issues using daily reports on the status of delinquent accounts and collection efforts.
  • Prepare monthly reports showing delinquency trends and analyzing collection results.
  • Maintain daily customer contact with Customer.
  • Send invoices, statements, and regular mail as needed.
  • Manage and regularly review scheduled customer payment plans.


In this area, you will be responsible for evaluating clients' account statements and financial transactions, analyzing their credit scores, and creating payment plans for outstanding debts.


Bachelor studies in:
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.

As a

Supplier Management Intern, you will:

  • Support of admin tasks for out Supplier Management Shared Service Center.
  • Prepare RFQ (request for quotation).
  • Follow up on suppliers.
  • Support for projects from other team members and/or Regional buyers.

Bachelor Studies in:
Any. No specific major for this job is required.

As a

Finance Intern, you will:

  • Perform monthly account conciliations.
  • Run monthly reports.
  • Perform variance analysis.
  • Support in running month end activities and follow up.
  • Support during the audit process delivering information.
  • Support during the forecasting process collecting and delivering information.

Bachelor Studies in:
Accounting or Finance.

As a

Logistics Intern, you will:

  • Book invoices.
  • Analyze shipping documentation.
  • Perform Compliance Control.
  • Extract documents/reports monthly.
  • Continuous improvement activities based on import documentation deviation reported, this includes the missing load number of Transport Documents.
  • Support with audits.

Bachelor studies in:
Logistics, supply chain or engineering.

As a

Customer Service Intern, you will:

  • Support the area's daily routine.
  • Create and analyze weekly reports.
  • Interact with customers.

Bachelor studies in:
Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.

As a

Service Account Intern, you will:

  • Service quotation
  • Preparation of reports
  • Invoicing, support on lists
  • Retorn follow up process.

Bachelor Studies in:
Any. No specific major for this job is required.

As a

Sales Intern, you will:

  • Execute transactional activities
  • Work on Quotes, orders, returns, etc
  • Report information monthly

Bachelor studies in:
Business Administration or Economy.

As a

Marketing Intern, you will:

  • Work on market investigations.
  • Follow up on internal processes.
  • Search for consumer trends investigations.
  • Develop projects.

Bachelor studies in:
Industrial Engineering, Marketing, communications, or Business Administration.
