POSITION SUMMARY
Print and organize necessary documents, summarize information, and distribute to employees.
Maintain updated knowledge of company safety programs in assigned area (e.g., food, retail), and local, state, and federal regulations.
Follow food safety and handling policies across all food areas. Keep clear and organized records for proper filing and storage of reports and invoices. Calculate figures for inventories, orders, and costs. Conduct audits to determine inventory levels. Notify supervisor of low stock levels. Resolve vendor delivery issues and handle returns. Track received inventory. Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports. Receive, unload, and process deliveries. Monitor PAR levels for food items. Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.Support management in training, scheduling, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; act as a role model. Ensure adherence to quality standards. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
Adhere to company policies; maintain clean, professional appearance; uphold confidentiality; safeguard company assets.
Assist colleagues for proper coverage and guest service. Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and review documents accurately.Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues; collaborate to achieve common goals; address employees' concerns appropriately.
Verify information in various formats. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Handle objects of different sizes and weights. Maneuver through different spaces. Perform other duties as assigned.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Supervisory Experience:
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification:
None
