T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support our Americas HR team in US/Panama. You will help the team with HR Delivery across the organization. You will play a critical role in providing front-line support to ensure an excellent employee experience and in the deployment of strategic initiatives designed to raise the bar across the HR Centre of Excellence. The nature of the role is dynamic, and the scope of responsibilities may change from time to time to support evolving business needs. This role will report directly to TYLI Americas HR Leader.
Responsibilities**:What You Will Do**
HR Activities (50%)
Maintain and update core HR Systems and internal processes for new hires, terminations, and internal changes, including compliance training.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, provide solutions to address.
- Coordinate the roll-out of HR initiatives, including the return to office activities, vaccination mandates, training sessions etc.
- Provide employee support for HR questions and guide for employees to appropriate resources.
- Support the HR Director with any special (ad hoc) project/tasks.
- Benefits administration including registering new hires, processing terminations and other life-cycle changes for all benefit plans (RRSP, health plans, etc.)
- Carry out any other related task related your skills and the smooth running of the organization.
Talent Attraction/Management (50%)
- Champion data accuracy by becoming a power user of our ATS (ICIMS) ensuring data maintenance and proper documentation including reporting.
- Complete full-cycle recruitment and/or sourcing services for internal clients for technical and non-technical hires.
- Developing and executing sourcing strategy with Talent Specialists.
- Work with hiring leads to create effective job ads and managing posting to various external platforms as well as company website.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and prior experience working with Application Tracking Systems, and Core HR systems.
