With 100+ Locations opening around the globe, we have multiple job opportunities at any given time.The Cluster F&B Manager is in charge of the management of the common areas for the daily operation and the marketing of the events done in the food and bar areas.BAR AND RESTAURANTS RESPONSIBILITIES: Keeping the manpower quotes full as possible by recruiting the manpower on time.Building and Following onboarding & training schedule for all departments.Making sure that high level customer service is given.Making sure that the protocols are being followed. Writing and following opening/shift change/ closing checklist and protocol for F&B areas.Writing and following training schedules for all departments.Manage the Daily brief according to the daily brief protocol.Updating inventory orders according to the number of guests.Making sure that all maintenance protocols are being followed.Keeping all BOM updated with prices.Keeping the F & B area in the best maintenance condition as possible according to protocol.Making sure that waste protocol is being done.Updating daily / monthly reports by protocol.Have full knowledge of all the software that manages the location.He’ll be the only responsible to the daily operation of the f&b areas.Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing lawsSupport on handling customer complaints and queriesPlanning work schedules for individuals and teamsMeeting and greeting customersSend invoices to accounting departmentDealing with contractors and suppliersEnsuring security is effective;Providing F&B daily and monthly report to headquartersHas to be empathic to workers and show interest in how they’re feeling about their position/daily duties EVENTS & MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES: In charge of operating Selina’s events happening in the playground space. Support DJ’s & artists scheduled for the location.Building schedule of events at the hostel at the playground Producing special events according to Events strategyFeedbacking reports of artists who performed at Selina for future relevance.Publish monthly schedule for the location events.
In charge of verifying that the right playlists are playing. In charge of Selina sound visual equipment maintenance & operation.In charge of decorating F&B area with concepts approvedIn charge of updating the location manager with a monthly event schedule to insure dedicated volunteers for general work in event.Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet and hopefully exceed expectations.Fully Bilingual (English and local language) Strong organization and time management skills (to manage schedules, budgets, etc)Previous management experience Cultural fit and community engagement Schedule flexibilityNomadic lifestyle Fits the “PERSONA” descriptionLeadership Skills such as: Verbal and non-verbal communication skills Feedback Listening skillsTrustworthinessCultural SensitivityFrustration and stress managementPositivity - to cheer and motivate the team Outgoing personality
