**What's the Role?**:
We are looking for a people-oriented Supply Planner who can manage operational tasks related to product availability and inventory management. Monitors inventory assortment, levels, and replenishment to ensure appropriate level of stock is maintained that will enable the organization to meet service level targets while also minimizing cost. Completes accurate reporting to provide transparency regarding stock levels. Makes recommendations when changes in business activity impact inventory levels.

**What does the role involve?**:

- In a daily/weekly basis, your responsibilities involve the management of all Purchasing Orders from our sites/plants; authorization of bigger orders which impact in our inventory levels, availability analysis for our sales team, propose risk management plans to mitigate delay/create alternative solutions to meet client needs. Every moment you will be in touch with our Sales teams and leadership to understand the projects on going and to respond the enquiries regarding lead-time and stock levels.
- Some of your responsibilities will involve:
- Manage product availability & inventory, in parallel to achieve targeted performance.
- Day to day analysis and follow up to control and maintain inventory levels and availability to customers.
- Regular communication with stakeholders, business partners, and cross functional allies.
- Close co-operation with sales, marketing regional/global Logistic Teams to ensure supply standards.
- Ensure targeted product availability at optimum inventory levels with pro-active management of system / planning alerts, backorders, and big orders management reports.
- Management of stock shortages, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to resolve with minimum cost impact and maximum attention to customer experience.
- Manage purchase orders to the different sources.
- Frequent contact with business units (Material Management / Marketing) regional and global teams to understand, manage requirements and timelines for relevant projects.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence
- business decisions with strong Entrepreneurial Business Partner (EBP) behaviors.
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external customers to ensure product availability.
- Manage targets within the supply chain in volatile business environments, achieving results despite obstacles and short-term setbacks

**What you need is**:

- Experience in Supply Chain Management with a Bachelor’s Degree (engineering, business administration, logistics or other related areas).
- Materials Management experience. Mass consumption goods/Sales experience is a plus.
- Experience in SAP S4 (P11 module) and excel are required. Power BI is a plus.
- English and Spanish or Portuguese Advanced
- Logical thinker with a good attention to detail and high level of commitment, influencing skills, stakeholder management, proactivity and effective communication
