You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways: Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.What you'll get to do: Handle traditional project management duties, including scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, budget oversight, and risk/issue management.Create user stories, validate acceptance criteria, and execute a portion of the testing on projects.Serve the team and product owner by turning requirements into working software.Track progress and help the team achieve their commitments.Manage and report the status of scope, schedule, resourcing, and financials.Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, and guard against the accumulation of technical debt.Remove impediments to allow the team to focus on engineering tasks and take the lead in resolving conflicts within the team.Guide project team meetings including sprint pre/planning meetings, daily scrum, and sprint review meetings.Minimize external distractions and interruptions to the team.What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager/SCRUM Master in the IT industry.Strong knowledge in JIRA and Agile methodologies.Advanced English is required.Excellent time management skills.
