Job DescriptionSe requiere consultor independiente para ejecutar el rol de Project Manager para un importante banco local, la modalidad de trabajo es presencial. Ingresos acordes a la experiência y contrato anual renovable por perodos iguales.RequirementsRequisitosResponsabilidades claves Gestin de relaciones. Planificacin del proyecto. Gestin de recursos.
Planificacin de adquisiciones. Gestin de Riesgos. Gestin de presupuesto. Monitoreo del proyecto.
Habilidades Deseadas Altas capacidades analticas con la capacidad de extraer informacin de los datos y conectar puntos. Comunicacin entre todos los diferentes níveles de organizacin y partes interesadas. Disfruta profundizando en los detalles y resolviendo problemas complejos. Capacidad para elaborar informes ejecutivos slidos y presentaciones para la alta direccin.
Habilidad para coordinar mltiples equipos hacia el logro de un objetivo comn. Mantener el equilibrio entre la atencin al detalle y la ejecucin rpida. Familiaridad con el trabajo en proyectos giles. Capacidad para liderar proyectos complejos asegurando implementaciones/resultados oportunos y de alta calidad.
Experiência profesional deseada 4-6 aos de experiência relevante con una combinacin de gestin de proyectos y programas. Experiência en empresas instituciones financieras, fintech o consultora de gestin lder, con preferencia laboral en empresas de tecnologa. Experiência trabajando en equipos multidisciplinarios con experiência en implementaciones de productos de negocio, PMO, seguimiento y ejecucin de roadmaps. Educacin deseadaNegocios, grado relacionado con TI o similar.
