**Job Title**: GBS Project Manager

The Project Manager will initiate, lead and implement projects for internal Philips Global Business Services (GBS). These projects focus on the development of new capabilities, implementation of strategic initiatives and improvement of existing operational processes.

**Your role**:
E2E project management:

- Responsible for gaining agreements on project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements.
- Ensuring effective project realization ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives using standard E2E approach.
- Determining project risks, defining corrective action and driving the projects to closure.
- Determining, allocating, and directing all project resources.
- Fosters excellent cross-functional communications and integrates the work of multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

**You're the right fit if**:

- You have 5+ years of relevant working experience, including experience in managing transformation / OpEx / Continuous Improvement projects.
- You are strong at structuring complex tasks and coordinating of complex processes.
- You have excellent influencing and relationship-building skills, at all levels of organization.
- You are able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met.
