**Position Type Non-Management Additional Information**: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, The Bristol Resort S.A. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International. JOB SUMMARY The position is responsible for implementing quality assurance processes that meet the company’s mission and brand standards, target customer needs, ensure employee satisfaction, and focus on continuous improvement at the property level.

This position champions the Quality function and builds support for change. Facilitates process improvement teams, assuring use of the systematic processes, and improvement is achievable and measurable. Demonstrates and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s target customer. Conducts monthly audit to ensure compliance with company and brand standards Directs property quality efforts to address critical customer requirements.

Uses data collection methods to compile, display, track, and analyze defect trends. Ensures that management practices at all levels are aligned with quality tools by providing training in quality sciences. To train, supervise, review and provide follow up on BSA items within each department Responsible to execute/conduct self-audits according to the yearly calendar & plan (this includes but is not limited to: GFSA, threat condition audit, etc.) To monitor all channels where feedback about the hotel is provided, from OTA´s To social media websites To respond in a timely manner the GSS alerts or any other alerts triggered by the various forums and/or websites where feedback is provided To respond and handles guest problems and complaints. To stay visible and interact with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
