Ensuring that all markets across the Region comply with all company policies with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.Evaluate the potential financial impact of partnerships conditions: business scale, minimum guarantees, licensing period, business case preparation, etc., challenging the existing operating or commercial models to maximize the long-term strategy of the product. Perform financial scenario analysis to support decision-making.Responsible for coordinating all Invoicing and Payments between vendors and markets month by month, managing intercompany contracts with a Regional and per country view.Integrate and share an annual Budget for Onetv Support and Licensing, to ensure all markets allocate the resources needed to place POs to guarantee an execution month by month. Anticipate any change in terms and conditions and the financial impact.Key InterfacesMost of the interactions are with internal stakeholders and are focused on reporting and accuracy of the data, so that it is the official source of information for decision making.Work with procurement, performance and B2C to manage intercompany contracts, regional administration (license fees) and conciliations.Keeps management informed of product performance through periodic status reporting and updatesQualifications & Experience+5 years of financial/administrative or strategic analysis (BI) experience, with MBA or Finance degreeExperience working with various partners and internal areas.This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics. Strong analytical skills and ability to perform financial analyses independently.
Superior proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
