A sound understanding of SEO, a proactive approach to learning and willingness to constantly improve will take you far in this role. Proficiency in the Google suite, spreadsheets, CRM, and sales software programs will help you to keep accurate records, and maintain a reliable, independent approach. Your negotiation and problem-solving skills are second to none, and if you have your Real Estate License that's a BIG plus
