**In this role, you have the opportunity**

As HR PMO for Quality and Regulatory (Q&R) specifically focused on PMS (post market surveillance) transformation, you will support the execution of this global transformation across HR and Philips. You will be responsible to drive execution of the PMS transformation with HRBPs, Senior Leaders across Business Markets and Functions and other Stakeholders defining the future of Philips.

As a HR PMO, you will work closely with PMS HR workstream lead to implement the global restructuring of PMS org inclusive of coordination with 22 countries and local HRMs/ Managers. It is true PMO role for HR workstream plus HR analysis, reporting and tracking. Working collaboratively with relevant partners, you define the project scope, results and plan, whilst delivering transparency through reporting and communication and coordinating quality control throughout the project life cycle.

**You are responsible for**
- Workforce change impact assessment; workforce analysis - migration of staffing to new org blueprint.
- roll up and consolidated retention plans; cost analysis.
- coordinate all meetings with local HRMs and follow of local deliverables. Exit planning for temporary and permanent workforce.
- Risk planning, checking and escalation.
- coordinate with lead PMO for project to integrate HR actions into master plan. Ensure HR timelines are aligned to overall project implementation.
- integrate project deliverables with change management plan, coordinate with change and communication lead.
Creating social system/build partnerships and cadence to ensure the delivery of the plan and achievement of the organizational goals.
**You are a part of**

Philips HR Project Management Team and will support the Q&R organization to drive the execution of the global PMS (post market surveillance) transformation

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- BSc/MSc degree, or equivalent, ideally in a relevant field (such as human resources, psychology, counselling, or business,).
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience, including all aspects of transformations and change management, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology
- Thorough understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of Human Resources discipline, experience in competence/capability building as well as organizational development is highly preferred.
- Operational HRM experience in an international environment would be advantage.
- Project management skills preferably acquired in a multi-disciplinary setting with an international scope.
- PMP® / Project Management / SAFE Agile Certification would be advantage.
- Strong track record in getting things done in complex business environment
- Good influencing, collaborative and relationship building skills.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- High curiosity and learning agility
