The Business Relationship Management team members will raise feedback and new opportunities that arise from stakeholders and will drive best practice sharing within the global network of Business Relationship Management colleagues.Primary ActivitiesStakeholder Management - Will own the relationship with the Regional Core and Extended Leaders and Leadership Teams in Regions, for any activity related to Indirect Sourcing Categories and Operations across divisions, inclusive but not exhaustive of: GSMG Scorecard - Consolidate, present, discuss and align the results and targets related to the specific geography. (Supplier Savings, Supplier Diversity, Compliance, Customer experience, and others)Compliance - Responsible to coordinate and facilitate communication with the Program Management Office (PMO) for the consolidation, and readiness of of planned MCAAS and other Audits in region, with the follow up on outcomes and closing.Profit Plan - Full alignment with the business to related to Profit Planning for the Year +1, incuslive of discussions with Finance, Budget owners, and Managing Directors to ensure a comprehensive view from a business partner perspective.Business Strategic Initiatives - Identify and develop in collaboration with the business and category leaders strategies to create competitive differentiation in market (example: ESG - Local Footprint, Sustentability, Innovation, etc.)Service Mindset - Will act as Point of Contact for issues that can improve efficiency, speed, and reputation of our company, and will lead within the GSMG Organization via Category Managers, GCO or others to bring resolution.Crisis Management - During Crisis due to Geopolitical, Security breaches, attacks, Pandemic, Supply, or other, will coordinate activities across the GSMG organization. When local acquisitions, divestiture, or entity changes that requires cross category coordination.Change Management - Will lead communication to the region stakeholder population to influence for the successful implementation of the IS&O service model, with will be inclusinve of continuous education and information.Category Manager: - Proactive and continual communication and engagement with SSC Leaders and teams, to allow for alignment on transformational initiatives, Strategy, Implementation and ensure a 360 feedback channel is maintained. Expected to provide insights from regions in order to properly influence successful initiatives that considers global business needs Understand stakeholder vision, strategy and priorities, to properly translate information to the category leaders Escalation and tracking of Demands and Ideas up to conclusionGlobal Core Services Team - Work with the GCS Data & Analytics team to obtain information required for business reviews, provide specific regional insights for decision making and identification of opportunities, and facilitate data that provide value to regional stakeholders.Diversity & Inclusion: Will act as the local and/or Regional D&I Team member representing the GSMG Organization, which will include representation of any activity, planning, strategy development and business engagement related to Supplier Diversity & Economic Inclusion.Talent - BRM will be actively participating on talent management and specifically for team members that share the same geographical location, in order to facilitate feedback for growth and development.

Will also facilitate the flow of information coming from the regional strategic priorities provided by the business. BRM leaders will leverage their relationship building, networking, influencing, problem solving, strategic thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities in order to successfully deliver upon their objectives.Requirements: Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency is desirable.English language proficiency is a must.Needs to be based in any of the supported LATAM countries.Different educational backgrounds will be accepted (Administrative, Marketing, Engineering and others).Willing to travel - 25 to 50% of time.Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization.
