LATAM Experiential & Relationship Marketing DirectorAssessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dells product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.Join us as Experiential & Relationship Marketing Director for Latin America on our Field Marketing team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What youll achieveAs Experiential & Relationship Marketing Director for Latin America, you will be responsible for leading, implementing and coordinating all strategic and operational activities of Event Marketing (live and virtual) with the highest-level customer experience and ROI for all events.
You will work with Field Marketing, Sales and Business Units to deliver customer experiences that will result in acquiring new buyers, increasing revenue per buyer, and nurturing our active customer base.You will: Lead the planning of strategic and operational events executed by the Experiential & Relationship Marketing team in Latin America.Define strategic direction of the Experiential & Relationship Marketing team to deliver best customer experience while securing POAS/ROAS, customer acquisition, and retention goals to impact buyer base.Orchestrate flawless execution of Relationship activities including Connected CIO program with strict alignment to global program guidelines.Manage and control budget to comply with vendor funding coverage and to define feasibility of large investment programs ensuring successful executionIntegrate innovative solutions to drive automation, consistency in execution and integration with customer journey.Interact and negotiate with multiple senior management stakeholders across Business Units, Sales, Communications, Field Marketing and Corporate to attain business objectives.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
