Job DescriptionOur Regulatory Affairs team bring new medical advancements to the world by facilitating communications and procedures that allow swift, organized compliance partnering with external regulatory agencies. The Global Regulatory Policy (GRP) team advocates for regulatory policy that supports our company’s business goals, developing wider support for our causes and maintaining a strong reputation as a science-led biopharmaceutical leader. We work in partnership with the Research Laboratories divisions and most directly with Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety (GRACS) to define and implement a prioritized plan for policy that advances business goals.

It will be an advantage to have experience in support of vaccines and oncology treatments. Good current working knowledge of the regulatory environment for designated countries/ region supportedProactive and creative problem solver that generates options, makes effective and timely decisions and resolves conflicts.Strong communication skills and leadership abilities for strategic action demonstrated in experience in previous roles. Required experience: At least 5 years relevant working experience with a regulator or other health authority, within industry in regulatory affairs, or another relevant biopharmaceutical policy role.Previous experience working with senior-level members or officials of trade associations or other key groups that influence regional policiesStrong interpersonal, writing and communication skills with ability to demonstrate analytic thinking, excellent presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to fully demonstrate leadership principles, specifically collaboration, driving results and building talent.Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment with a global mindsetFlexibility for travelPreferred experience: Advance degree in, science, health care, public health, health policy, or lawRegulatory Affairs experience at both operational & strategic levelWe are a research-driven biopharmaceutical company.
