Are you looking for challenges and a place where you can find a close working environment while constantly learning?We are a company with a clear purpose: "To TRANSFORM people's lives being the most trusted TECHNOLOGY partner".Get ready and be part of this adventureWhat will you find?Professional and personal challenges.A team connected to growth.A team where your physical and mental well-being is important.A culture of continuous improvement, fresh and collaborative where you can find an opportunity and people willing to support you.Our KaizenHub program where you can grow and develop your talents, where it will be a challenge and a game, accompanied by constant feedback from your leaders, mentoring, and coaching by Sofka U.Bring out your best potentialPrograms aimed at empowering your competencies, living daily continuous improvement, and promoting your physical and emotional well-being.They are called Happy Kaizen and WeSofka, where you will have different benefits that you will acquire over time, such as health policies for you, your family and pets, potentiate your second language (English), savings with purpose, gym, and more.What are we looking for?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the migration of AEM managed hosting to new cloud infrastructure.Drive the integration of Dynamic Media Cloud Services to support a new video streaming initiative for digital menu infrastructure.Design and implement InDesign Server integration and workflow migration efforts to AEM as a Cloud service.Develop brand new AEM components and features.Design and develop web applications using the Adobe platform, providing guidance on site structure, components, templates, workflows, dialogs, object model designs (Java APIs), and unit testing using AEM architecture (CRX, OSGI, JCR, InDesign Server).Integrate AEM with other marketing products like Assets, Target, Campaign, and other internal endpoints as required.Act as a thought leader on the team, suggesting efficiencies and alternatives while collaborating with architects and developer peers.Follow best practices for secure web programming and deployment.Adhere to internal coding standards, unit test coverage, automation, and continuous integration practices.Develop single-page applications (SPAs) with AEM's SPA Editor JS SDK.Work within Agile development methodology.Collaborate within technology teams to build and maintain large-scale, highly responsive Ecommerce Webapps (preferably cloud-based) using Adobe Experience Manager interfacing with a range of internal & external apps.Act as a subject matter expert by identifying technology trends and platforms (including web and mobile apps) and collaborating with other team members to make recommendations based on the company's needs.Lead and participate in planning and estimations of Adobe projects across all tracks viz
- Frontend, Middleware, Backend, Env setup & planning etc.Ensure implementation of coding best practices to optimize page load time, performance, security, and scalability of the entire application.Qualifications: 8+ years of experience configuring and implementing AEM and various modules.5+ years of experience as a Senior AEM Developer / Back End Expert.Expertise in adopting AEM as a Cloud Service (Sites and Assets).Strong technical knowledge including integrations with Cloud Services, experience with Cloud Service integrations (Adobe Experience Platform), and understanding of third-party integrations.Strong experience troubleshooting and developing AEM workflows.Expertise with Apache Sling and working with Sling Models.Strong experience with Java, working with OSGi Bundles.Ability to troubleshoot 3rd party services with AEM, including and especially InDesign Server.Experience optimizing and customizing workflows with InDesign Server.Ability to configure and manage AEM Dispatcher.Experience with Adobe Developer Console is a plus.Experience and familiarity with other Marketing software.Proficient in Scrum and Agile principles.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.English proficiency is required for this position as it will regularly interact with stakeholders in the US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.Total years of experience required: 7 years / Total career experience.Desirable technical knowledge: InDesign Java Full Stack Developer Creative Services Manager Certifications with relevant digital marketing tools.Experience with machine learning technology.Solid understanding of data security/privacy best practices.Retail domain experience.APPLY, we have an opportunity for youConditions Indefinite term contract, we love long-term relationships so we want you to be part of this family for a long time.You can be located anywhere in the world, we like you to work remotelyBut if you are located in Medellin and Bogota we want you to work two days a month from home Sofka, looking to generate SYNERGIES and STRENGTHEN bonds with your team, plu
