We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Reservations Associates.

**Key Responsibilities**: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
Utilize provided training to learn and stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and special deals.
Work with clients to understand their travel preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly.
Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the booking process.

**Requirements**: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be bilingual.
Reside and have work authorization in Panama.
No previous experience necessary; all training will be provided.
Must have a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
