JOB FOCUSThe purpose of the role is to provide Best Class patient and customer service across the Pfizer Supply chain. They will be the single customer point of contact, creating a seamless experience, and they will be responsible for the shipment management according to the customer's priorities.They will play a key role in monitoring, controlling, executing, facilitating interactions and decisions across functions and partners to optimize the "E2E" (end to end) delivery, return, and incident process.The role acts as a specialist resource within Global Logistics & Network Services and uses extensive knowledge and experience to support the operations and provide input recommendations for improvements.JOB SUMMARY - MAIN AREA'S OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACCOUNTABILITIESPrimary Responsibilities1. - Demonstrate strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to understand and influence stakeholders. Act as the focal point of contact towards assigned stakeholders for all service-related questions for assigned responsibilities. Provide appropriate feedback to stakeholders in terms of delivery lead times and proactive communication in case of delays. Handle complaints in due time.4. Finance
- Comply with all SOPs and Work Instructions in line with the O2C SOX procedures. Support Audit by providing information/documentation: on time and in full with no discrepancies. Support the Financial accounting closing period activities as per the procedure. Resolve all financial issues and corrections in close connection with the Finance teams, local market teams, and according to procedures.5. Continuous Improvements
- Initiate, implement and support initiatives to improve the customer experience. Drive and support Operational Excellence initiatives to improve efficiencies and remove non-added value activities. Support and propose strategic and cost-saving initiatives.Additional Responsibilities1.

Level of Education
- Bachelor or Masters' Degree, university degree or equivalent through experience in a supply chain related discipline.? Experience
- Min. 2 years of experience in a Customer facing role delivering best in class customer service to enhance the customer experience in any of the below areas, or equivalent experience: Pfizer Internal Use - Page 4 of 5Unofficial 24H after printingo Plan (Demand and Supply Planning)o Source (Sourcing and Acquisition)o Make (Manufacturing and Production)o Delivery (Order management, Import & Export, Warehousing and Transportation? Languages
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages are a plus.? Computer skills

Experience of working with Logistics Service Providers, Freight Forwarders or equivalent providers.? Experience working within a GMP/GDP environment.? Interpersonal skills at all levels, both internally & externally.? Strong team player, who is comfortable leading cross functional teams to achieve a common goal.?

Customer oriented mind-set with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.? Be the change leader. (advanced level)? Experience in Project Management.
