Responsable del área de ventas de la compañía. Debe lograr que los productos o servicios asociados a servicios de hotelería se comercialicen a través de los diferentes canales estableciendo relaciones con los clientes, buscando su satisfacción e incluso buscando compromiso a largo plazo.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
"- Buscar activamente oportunidades de venta.
- Evaluar las necesidades del cliente para poder vender más productos con mayor valor.
- Fijar reuniones con posibles clientes para escuchar sus deseos, mostrarle las opciones y cerrar ventas.
- Buscar aliados B2B (business to business) para vender corporativamente habitaciones, eventos o cualquier otro producto y también tener visiibildad en empleados para vender a ellos.
- Buscar aliados turísticos para ventas de paquetes de comida y hospedaje.
- Utilización de cualquier tipo de canal necesario para la venta: llamadas en frío, redes sociales, contactos propios, bases de datos de la empresa, otros para atraer clientes.
- Identificar canales innovadores de venta y ejecutar diferentes estrategias en los mismos. Puede que deba trabajar en equipo con personas de diseño o de redes sociales para este fin.
- Crear productos nuevos y plantillas de productos tipo, para que las cotizaciones se realicen de manera ágil y rápida. Por ejemplo: boda tipo 1, tipo 2 y tipo 3. Cumpleaños con licor y sin licor, etc., Debe trabajar con el equipo del hotel, cocina y bar para lograr este objetivo.
- Debe crear reportes donde se analiza la labor de ventas, los canales, los costos y los ingresos para optimizar.
- Debe hacer rutinas semanales y mensuales con sus superiores para evaluar oportundiades."
