This includes identifying new sales opportunities, growing existing accounts, and closing new business deals. The Account Executive will work closely with other members of the sales team and other departments within the organization to ensure that sales and customer service goals and objectives are met. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and customers Identify new sales opportunities and upsell to existing accounts Close new business deals and meet sales targets Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to ensure that sales and customer service goals and objectives are met Continuously improve and update sales and customer service processes Provide regular reports to management on sales metrics Attend industry trade shows and events to network and generate new leads Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field English C2 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices Strong relationship-building skills Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills
