**Role**: Account Executive (FTC - 12 months)

**Location**:Panama City, Panama

**ROLE MISSION**

Working in partnership with our client, the Account Executive will build a dedicated global centralised adaptation dedicated team, which will deliver all their global localised remastering and adaptation needs.

**ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING**

Our team will support the client's global markets from our centralised offices as well as being onsite/near-site with the clients in these markets. The support will span from eCom, social, print and their retail content needs. This team will serve as the clients' bespoke global adaptation global agency, working at the heart of their business.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Work in true collaboration with the client and keep the client up to date with all live projects.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the account by running key processes and supporting a diverse range of projects.
- Execute MI's, KPI's and service levels to client leads.
- Liaise with producers and creative teams to ensure progress and updates are made.
- Assist with the production of inspirational creative briefs.
- Work with and understand the creative process as well as manage expectations and time pressures.
- Write statuses and minutes within meetings.
- Carry out general administrative tasks for team.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
