Conocimientos y experiência en el uso de todas las Redes Sociales,

Creación de contenido (gráfico, textual y audiovisual).

Dominio básico de herramientas de diseño grafico o web (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Sketch, etc.)

Edición de vídeos

Conocimiento de los principios de usabilidad y diseno centrado en el usuario.

Manejo de teoría del color, tipografias, clasificacion de signos, temas de composicion.

Conocimiento sobre los temas de marketing, publicidad y la comunicación de la marca o empresa.

Creatividad y educación visual necesaria para lograr transmitir ideas, conceptos o sensaciones.

Manejo de herramientas de analisis como Google Analytics.

Conocimientos de SEO.

FUNCIONES

Cumplir la estrategia y la planificación de las redes sociales establecidas, garantizando la calidad en el contenido y la imagen que se publican.

Construir y administrar la comunidad online ganada y en proceso de captación; respondiendo sus mensajes y comentarios, y también escalando sus solicitudes al área que corresponda.

Seguir y monitorizar las publicaciones propias, analizando la interrelación, feedback y receptividad.

Redactar las captions de las publicaciones (feed) para las redes sociales, programando las mismas para las horas de mayor audiencia.

Crear stories para las redes sociales de la marca.

Construir y administrar la comunidad online; respondiendo sus mensajes y comentarios, como también escalando sus solicitudes al área que corresponda.

Crear y mantener relaciones estables, duraderas y sanas con los clientes (externos) de las marcas que corresponde gestionar.

Seguir y monitorizar sus propias publicaciones, analizando su aceptación por parte de los usuarios, seguidores y observadores.

Archivar los contenidos realizados en repositorios en la nube previamente definidos.

**Medir y reportar al Social Media Manager el número de votos**: me gusta, favoritos, el número de comentarios, las veces que se comparte el contenido, así como cualquier otro indicador relevante.

Comunicar oportunamente al Social Media Manager y las partes interesadas sobre cualquier detalle que pudiera o esté afectando el desenvolvimiento esperado de la planificación y sus resultados.

Asegurar la correcta planificación de los contenidos de cada marca en las diferentes cuentas y hacer los captions para algunas de estas.

Contestar comentarios y mensajes directos dejados en el Instagram de las marcas (clientes externos) y de las cuentas internas, de forma oportuna y debida.

Elaborar y publicar las historias de la red social Instagram.

Creación de contenidos.

Creación de contenidos y Automatización de contenidos orgánicos a través de ManyChat.

Actualización de la información de todos los canales sociales (enlaces, covers, datos, fotos de perfil, etc.)

Siempre estar actualizado con las herramientas y viralidad del momento, crear ideas en base a eso.

Búsqueda y depuración de contenidos para recrear.
