**Duties and Responsibilities Main tasks**: Support to the UNDP FACS team and specifically the Communications team in: - Designing and updating communications content for the UNDP FACS and GGP websites and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube);
- Design of visuals, flyers, and Video editing using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere pro) - Supporting UNDP FACS, GCP, GGP engagement campaigns and strategies;
- Supporting with the updating of the FACS and GGP websites;
- Data collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation in flowcharts, tables, or slides;
- Preparation and organization of webinars, knowledge management tools, product, and activities such as workshops, Community of Practice platform and events;
- Translation, proof reading, formatting, and editing of documents;
- Preparation of presentations, briefing notes, meeting minutes and reports;
- Managing mailing lists and photo assets;
- Providing support on internal communications reporting and products;
- Other related tasks and ad hoc support. Competencies Competencies and Skills Competencies: - Demonstrates integrity by modeling the UN’s values and ethical standards;

- Strong IT skills, including MS Office;
- Strong design skills (InDesign, Illustrator) and video editing (Adobe Premier or similar) - Excellent writing and editing skills;
- Interest in communications and content creation;
- Experience with social media management is a plus. - Strong knowledge in Social Media management Personal Skills: - Creative, proactive and supportive;
- Able to take initiative and work independently. - Good in organizing and structuring various tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work in team, creating a positive environment. - Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude. - Excellent organizational, inter-personal, communication and administrative skills. Required Skills and Experience Requirements and Qualifications Education: (a) Be enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme (such as a master’s programme, or higher) such as journalism, communications, international development, social/political sciences, environment, agriculture, sustainable development, economics, or related fields; or (b) Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (such as bachelor’s degree or equivalent) such as journalism, communications, international development, social/political sciences environment, agriculture, sustainable development, economics, or related fields; orc) Have recently graduated with a university degree (as defined in (a) and (b) above) such as journalism, communications, international development, social/political sciences environment, agriculture, sustainable development, economics, or related fields; and, if selected, must start the internship within one-year of graduation.
