**What's the Role?**:
We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our talented team. This role will have a direct impact in our business and we are looking for a team player with project management abilities who can perform in our international working culture.

**What does the role involve?**:
The purpose of the role is to plan and manage projects. The role involves structuring complex tasks into manageable work packages and creating project plans with accurately estimated timelines and resources.

Your key resposibilities would be focused on two areas:
Project Management skills
- In charge of drafting, creating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing organizational projects within W2
- Final responsible to reach agreed deliverables within key stakeholders and assure transition to running operations
- In charge of implementing Project Management methodologies, assuring a correct governance and communication across the organization
- In charge of the change management strategies within W2 projects with the correct stakeholders, from identification up to monitor, control and project closing Fully involve in the creation, implementation and follow up of the communication and change management plans to ensure changes adaptability- Business Excellence- Facilitate lean workshops and events in order to use lean tools and implemented a continuous improvement mindset within W2
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, and closure lean implementation projects within the scope and timeline define
- Develop and execute training plans as well as change management plans for the methodology adoption

**What you need is**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, finance or similar
- PMI certification is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish/Portuguese
- Previous experience in customer experience projects and change management
- Proved experience in project execution (planning till closing). Lean & Agile methodologies knowledge are a plus
- Valued skills: Strong communication skills at all levels, Dynamic, self-driven and responsible, Project management skills, Training skills, Presentation & Storytelling, Structured and organized personality does not get lost in detail, keeps the overview
