**What you will be doing**
- Oversee Project Management Office activities in all countries
- Create and control the processes associated with budget and schedule management as well as overall site responsibilities
- Manage the central Project Management Office; activities & staff
- Prepare charts and reports as necessary
- Hire and train the site managers; work with the Head of Development to assign project teams as required
- Advise Country Project Managers with logístical and other requirements and changes to the overall procedures SelinDes
- Manage Selina cost and fee schedules, updating the same based on historical information.
- Oversee document management process; ensure project documentation is complete and the storage and management of the same is complete and communicated

**What do you need for the role**
- Minimum 2 years in Project Management role
- Experience with Project Management standards
- Minimum 2 years experience managing teams
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction
- Experience in a hospitality environment is preferred
- English & Spanish language (written and spoken) required
- Advanced skills with MS Office and Project Management charts and procedures is mandatory
